Help! diagnose flight data

Airdata UAV - Flight Data Analysis for Drones

I'm working on a drone (P3S) that I bought as a fun fix it up project. It had a water crash, but everything seems to be fine except RC connection. Yesterday I fly this bird and got 1300 feet before RTH, today I couldn't get 400 feet and it kept coming back. I tried flying in all directions as you will see in the flight data but connection was very weak. Yet when I look at the flight data it says great connection 100?????

what am i missing?
