Help: Best way to finish video file if camera not available

Anyone had success in closing out/making viewable that last video file that was running just before a P2V+ crash? Camera no longer works so the solution of placing the microSD back into the camera and powercycling to let the camera properly close the file isnt an option. ANd placing the microSD in a different P2V+ camera and powercycling isnt working either. ANy software out there that fixes this? Tried viewing through DIVX, but that cant view either
