I use Filmora (from Wondershare) and have been very happy with its capabilities. As well as doing all the things that you requested, it can also convert the final video to a wide range of video and audio formats and resolutions.

Did you explore DJI go app itself to provide simple video editing facility?

You can also use iMovie.

I use VLC video viewer. Go to iTunes plug in your iPad then to your apps find VLC & move/drag your video to it. Simple.
