Hello Folks
I've had a Syma X5C for a few years for hobby purposes but ive been holding out purchasing something bigger (like a phantom) until the FAA did their thing which they finally did today. I wasnt sure if there how restrictive and prescriptive the Notice of Public Rulemaking would be. Now i know
I have flown RC Airplanes for several years before i got the syma and still tinker with them.
Now i finally feel comfortable in making an investment. Given the requirements in NC separate from the FAA i am still on the fence of sticking to it as a hobby or doing some side jobs if they present themself!
Thank you!
