Yeah it sucks. I was grounded for 8 days when I went on holiday. Nearly went tropo.

Greetings from God's Own Wind Tunnel (West Texas, USA), and welcome aboard.

Out here, between Fort Worth and El Paso, if we don't fly in the wind, we don't fly. Thus, to my eyes, six hours of flying time in a month reads like serious commitment. Would muchly appreciate seeing some footage from down your way.

As you know, we Americans are hopelessly infatuated with all things Australia, but a trip down under is not likely in the cards.

Hopefully you made the most of the calm day yesterday. I managed to go for a fly down in Atwell and filmed some of the burnt bushland from the recent fire down there. Was really good conditions.
