I have been interested in drones for a couple years now after my nephew flew drones in the military. I have a pretty good rounded experience in aviation both as a pilot and mechanic. Logged my last hr as PIC in 2002. I passed the FAA Remote Pilot test and have been putting a couple hrs a day on Real Flight Drone Simulator to get muscle memory under control. It seems to be a great help as I was a disaster at first but coming along nicely. Have a ways to go before I put the P4 in the air. As I become a proficient operator I plan to take a few summers and head north to Alaska. We lived there for 25 years so I have lots of ideas of remote places I would like to film.This is a brand new adventure and I sure am looking forward to it.
