I just read of a possible strike by an incoming plane, probably not dji or other inteligent drone manufacture because of nfz,s... But its bad media for all of us, regulations will be speeded up accordingly methinks, **** fool.

Actually I think all future quad aka inspire 2. Phantom 5 etc should have styrofoam body/outer skin. A lot of rc plane Is make of this material. It will certainly lessen possible damage upon impact.

Do they make r/c balloons or blimps? It seems like that would be safest.

A British Airways flight was struck by what is believed to have been a drone as the aircraft positioned to land at Heathrow Airport.
