HD feed keeps going back to 6mb/s from 10 when flying?

I noticed even when I set it to full at 10mb before take off mid flight it would revert back 6mb? Any reason for this? Once it reverts back 10mb isn't an option anymore on the slide bar

Under what setting menu is this? I've never seen it before so curious

Under video transmission settings. where you can choose custom or auto channel.
Whatever reason I choose 10mbs so it's a clear video feed return but will randomly change back to 6 an then no option to slide quality back up to 10mbs
