have wifi connection but cannot view camera on phone

    I am able to make a wifi connection between my IPhone 6+ and the DJI however when I open the DJI app on my phone and press the camera icon, it says it cannot connect to my camera. I upgraded the firmware/software etc.- everything is current.

    Any ideas?

    Most likely faulty gimbal mainboard, or possibly ribbon! just fixed 3 same issue! They were all mainboard issues!

    Try to delete and reinstall the app, do not upgrade extender! Or it will kill your mainboard! Maybe that is what happened already?
