Yes, there's another thread in here somewhere. It didn't get a whole lot of traction.
It seems the first big issue is/will be whether or not Colin's contract was exclusive, i.e., is his interest only in the distributors he recruited, or does it exclusively cover some geography.
Beyond that there seemed to be a (hopeful?) thought that there's so much money involved that something will be worked out, either in or out of the courts.
