Interesting video, but wow really close to other people.

And what you cracked is not a lens. It's just uv filter. It has no power. You can film without it but risk damaging/contaminating the actual lens underneath.

Might want to look at some of the ND filter vendors as to the best of my knowledge some of their products replace the UV filter.
