Has anyone created ESC diagnostic software?

I see a lot of ESC issue on this and other forums (DJI Forums). There are lot of smart people here coming up with great mods and hacks. Anyone created a piece of software to run and analysis ESC's? Thanks in advance.

generally, an esc is either good or bad with no in between. No sorta bads.

If bad, motor does not go around, or ticks or jerks.

As a side note, I would be VERY interested to know how many (any?) esc 2.1's have failed.... the big batch of them seems to have been pre- 2.1 models.

As a stand-alone, the ESC cannot be fully evaluatedy just software.

The motor is integral to the operation by providing feedback for 3 phase commutation.
