I bounced hard and found a small impact mark on the bottom of the camera lens bezel and now the camera will almost always capture a single frame when firing up, but I get no FPV live video. Is this likely a camera replacement issue or are there steps I can take to restore proper operation?

What screen device are you using? It's possible (maybe not likely) that the lack of a video screen is caused by the app in the monitor screen. Occasionally my iPhone will not produce a video. Usually tapping the arrow in the upper left corner (that takes you to the menu screen) then tapping the camera icon solves the problem. You mialso check to see the ribbon cable is firmly attached. Otherwise, it'll probably require a new camera. Good luck!

If so then theres nothing wrong with the camera.
