Hand launch with Auto take-off?

I've read the posts on hand launching and have been successful at it a few times. I find the hardest part is starting the motors with one hand. Definitely easier with a neck strap but really don't care to use one all the time. Can the Auto take-off be used when hand launching? Will the aircraft hover 3-4 feet above the take off level? Thanks.

I'm wondering the exact same thing.
Im thinking it will hover 3' from its take-off height/point...
I just learned to feel comfortable catching it.
Next is hand-launching.

yes . take off is ground zero or zero alt.

I have the same question. Can anyone share your experiences with hand launching using auto take off. Seems to me like it might be the easiest way to do it.
