...for telling them how it is.
Looks like "THEY" got insulted, truth is DJI is an insult to Customer service, Quality control and the people that buy their products.

Wow. You must have gone off. When I was going through that second p4 debacle I let them have it myself. They also know how many things I've bought from them which probably helped. Lol.

You're a big meant!!! Nothing to miss. Did they perm ban you? They are very liberal over there so I'm surprised they banned you. Looking forward to this story. Calling now. :)

Lol, what do they expect, I mean, where's the updated firmware for the gimbal horizon fix?

You guys all want a good laugh. Read the names of all the threads at the DJI community Phantom 4 forum. It's hysterical.

LMAO :D

Apple is already second guessing on ever doing Business with DJI.
On the other hand, they've made a lot of money with them and in reality, is Apple losing any face over this? I posit not, maybe just a little but they are making a ton off of the P4s, it's a large revenue stream for them with little backlash from Apple customers.

In fact, people might be appreciating Apple Support, of which I've always loved, is finally getting some more respect because they have been the best customer service company for over a decade.

DJI is currently trying to solve this issue along with a list of other known issue in a firmware update and is probably failing to do so but at the same time doing anything they can to avoid a factory recall because if they do Apple is going to roast them.

Agreed that Apples customer service is probably the greatest. But I have internal sources with in Apple and as I said they aren't very happy with DJI right now trust me on that one.

I want to give credit where credit is due.
DJI came up with a very good concept and product that has some shortcomings, I understand is a complex flying machine with a computer inside that is (maybe) more powerful than Apollo 11.
The problem with DJI is customer service and quality control. The problem is not fixing by ignoring it.
...
Guys, I need to hug a pillow now, good night.

Yes we all probably already know this about DJI, [EXPLETIVE REMOVED] I bet DJI knows this about them selfs, yet they continue to practice some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced comparable to "EA" aka Electronic Arts.

I just gave it to them full tilt just now. I've got a P3A and a P4 and both birds were down for nearly 2 days before I unravelled the Firmware Drama.

I'm buying a Yuneec H. Stuff DJI.

As some one who has own a Q500 all I can say is that it did what it was advertised to do and it did it well. Yuneec makes **** good RTF birds with not to many firmware ever needed in my experience.

OMG ! I can't believe the response from dji to tilt Your head, to fix horizon problem. That is really taking the proverbial. I am completely Pissed off with Customer service & quality control. I intend to contact Frank Wang directly, both by E Mail & recorded delivery snail mail.
You spend hundreds of pounds on a product they say is optimises foe Apple & they can't even throw a lightning cable connector in the box with drone. It took Me 3 attempts so far to get a fully functioning Phantom. Spent much more time awaiting delivery, than actually flying.
