H3-3D Not tilting

Hey there, I have a bit of an issue with my H3-3D where the tilt will not work at all. I have run all of the calibrations and see that the X1 pot is being picked up by the Phantom via the assistant but cannot get it to tilt at all.

It does initialize and works very well otherwise. I downloaded the Zenmuse gimbal assistant to check it out but I cannot get the software to pick up my gimbal when I plug into the phantom. Any advice on what to do next? Thanks.

Get the latest phantom assist 3.6
Upgrade to latest H3-3D firmware .10.
Then download RC 1.2 and calibrate your sticks and X1. Finalise and close.
Then open up Phantom Assist and goto the RC tab and Select "upgrade mode" and Calibrate all sticks and X1 and finalise.

For Internet reference:
1. From the Vision 3.6 Software I selected the Upgrade button. The H3-3D was showing 1.0.0.12. I upgraded anyway to the most current version online. 1.0.0.12
2. Power Cycled the Phantom
3. Calibrated the sticks with RC Assistant 1.2
4. Power cycled
5. From Vision assist 3.6 (RC tab) switched to advanced mode then calibrated.
