My h3-2d gimbal broke and I've ordered the h3-3d to replace it. I noticed that the h3-3d has a usb male that plugs into the side of the goPro. My h2-3d didn't have that and I used that usb port on the camera for the fat shark transmitter. Why does the gimbal need that port and can I not plug the gimbal in there and plug the fat shark in instead?

Thank you for the response, but I am still confused. Goodluckbuy calls this an av output connector and I don't know what that means. The way I was setup with the h3-2d, the gimbal didn't have anything to do with av output. That was handled by the camera alone and the gimbal simply kept it level. The only thing I thought came to that connector on the back was power. How does the gimbal effect av? I may be missing something obvious....not always the brightest crayon in the box.
