Ground Station on iPad 2

I have just purchased an iPad 2 to use ground station with phantom 2 +, but ground station refuses to open.

Any thoughts?

Luv the app on appstore from apple the main dji vision ver1.00.52 has a glich on gs was crashing dji release a ver .53 to fix but still crahed the app the onlyway to use djivusion on IPhone or IPad is to roll back to ver .48 or earlier if you haven't zinc your device to Itunes there are a few tread on that subject

If is new ipad the only ver he can download load is tha bad fix .53

There are many apps he could be using. We need to know which one before we can help him. For all we know he could be trying to us DJI GoundStation app which was not for the P2v.
