Ground Station and 2.4G remote issues

When I am using Ground Station to program the route of my plane, it will fly after I press Go...

Normally it should complete the path and then come back.

I would like to ask could we use the 2.4G remote to take over back the plane from Ground Station?

It said that I should go to other mode and then go back to gps mode

Is it only appropriate for NAZA mode?

Or in phantom mode I can do the same ?
