Ground base not connecting to computer

    Hello guys,

    I have a new lightbridge system (my second). I have not used it, except for tests in my workshop. Everything was working perfect, and I was able to connect to my computer and configure it using the PC Assistant. For some reason it is no longer connecting thru USB. When I plug it in nothing happens. When I plug in my old lightbridge, I use the same usb cable (and I have tried others too) and it works. The problem is not the cable. I also tried this in a different computer with the same results.

    Is there any way to reset / reboot the lightbridge, for example a hidden button, that might make this unit work again?

    Btw, apparently the only problem is the USB interface. Everything else with the ground unit seems to be working.
