I am 43 with multiple hobbies (mainly music) and photography, but I have always been interested in RC vehicles. I built my own race car 20 years ago or more and had an absolute blast with it. I look forward to meeting all of you and having a great time flying my new P3S which I will be receiving Saturday.

I'm new to this forum also John and can't say enough as to how helpful it truly is for us "newbies". Dirk is giving you good advice as to learning prior to getting your P3S. I know that's what I did and continue to do. I have put together a binder with all kinds of tips and even copied and pasted posts from this forum on proper and safe flying along with ideas and tips. Great bunch of people on this forum and very helpful. Happy safe flying - you are gonna love this as much as the home built RC car you had all those years ago.
