Great customer service from DJI

I recently returned my copter because of stress cracks to DJI. As soon as they received it (5 days) they notified me. Two weeks later they notified me they had repaired it and were sending it back. customer service is SO important in any business, and I for one was worried this could hurt DJI. Hopefully I'm not an isolated case, but they sure did treat me right. Thanks DJI!!

If these positive posts about DJI now providing good and/or great customer service persist, the planets may collide...

Yes, I too just had a totally positive experience with DJI and warranty repair of a cracked arm.

(What is next? I love the FAA and Part 107?:confused:)
