GPS Tracker and Cell Sim Service

So I have read through a lot of the posts about this subject, but I havent seen anything definitive yet.

First off, i bought the GPS Tracker & SOS Communicator. THe cheap one from China. Its a perfectly fine device.

ONline i cant add a line to my verizon account, it doesnt recognize the IMEI , so im not sure if i can get it going in the store or not???? thoughts? that would be $10 a month.

Has anyone found any decent prepaid options for a sim/service that beats adding it to your current cell service?

I got H2O wireless which costs me $10 for 90 days. The SIM card cost one cent from Amazon here http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005LI78YM/

I have the mini GPS from China. I put in the SIM and activated the SIM online. That was all there was to it for me.

Note: when you get your SIM make sure you specify if you need a mini or normal sized SIM. The one above is normal size which works for me.
