gps not working

I crashed last night after replacing the blades I took it for another flight when I was calibrating the gps the first spin I did it turned green with out facing it down and doing the second spin. so I did it again and it turned green again on the first spin. I noticed when I power on the phantom 2 it blinks red once then starts blinking yellow. never has done this before I have taken it apart and inspected the gps puck on the top housing no cracks I have inspected all the connectors and unplugged and reinstalled them nothing looks out of place. when I fly now it is in gps mode on the transmitter but doesn't stay in one place fly's like it is in manual mode.

There have been solar storms that have been messing with GPS satellite reception

there's a slight chance you might have either damaged the GPS or the GPS became unplugged in your crash - which will result in the craft flying in ATTI mode. Might have to open it up to see.
