GPS Issue After FPV Install

Hey,

I just installed a FPV kit on my phantom 2 with a Flytrex V2, mini iOSD, immersion 600 transmitter, and the DJI FPV hub.
I went out for a test flight, waited for the green lights and took off. The Phantom immediately started a death wobble so I set it down. I recalibrated the gps successfully and tried again. Same thing, death wobble on take off.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Thanks for your help,

Just checked the GPS antenna and found no cracks. Back to the think tank.

Does your FPV use 5.8 Ghz? If so, that is your problem because the Phantom 2 uses 5.8 Ghz to control it.

Thanks for the reply but my Phantom flies on 2.4 GHz. The plain Phantom 2 is the only one in the line up that uses it.

I'm pretty sure I figured it out. I removed the Flytrex Core as that was the only thing with a direct connection to the gyro unit (which I meant to say in the first post. Not GPS) and was able to fly. I am going to get in contact with Flytrex and see if I can get a replacement unit and wire adapter.
