Hey guys, I've had a phantom 2 with a gopro hero 4 black and I was really happy with it when I first purchased it but I feel like the video has become softer to the point that it is no longer acceptable. I was doing a job a few days ago and I usually use my inspire but it's being repaired and I was actually embarrassed to ftp the client the files because the quality was so bad. I never crashed it and always treat it well. Is there any reason why the sharpness is gone? p.s. I shoot in protune flat so it's not that I accidentally switched it to that, I'm used to the look.

I have a Hero 4 Black, and my video quality is fine. The Phantom should have nothing to do with the GoPro video quality. Do you have the latest firmware installed on the GoPro (July 2015 I think)? Take the GoPro off the Phantom and shoot some video handheld or whatever... see how the video quality is WITHOUT it connected to the Phantom.
