GoPro Hero3+ Blk Ed taking video & pics at the same time

I am trying to setup my Hero3+ to take videos and pictures. Video set at 1080P, 30 FPS, Protune turned off.
The icon that I need shows NA and a message to check FPS or Protune. I have tried about everything I can think of and no problem shooting video or pictures but I want to set it up for video and taking a picture every 5 seconds. Anyone have this working please share how to do it... Thanks

Figured it out... when I changed my 1080P super to 1080P now I can see the the settings in capture.
