Gopro browser wanted

Wanting to get the browser but all the web sites I've checked all ask for payment.
I have it in my other machine and it was included with the camera.
The gopro website where you can download it from will not load right now for me.
Anyone have a site where I can get it for free?

I also have the GoPro Studio DMG for Mac I can send you if have a Mac and still can't download it.

Thanks. Should have said I need it for a windows 8 pc.
Apparently they no longer offer the browser.
