Good support from DJI and importer

My Vision suffered from an out of focus image on the left side, something that many have experienced.

I contacted the importer for Thailand (Hobby Thai) from whom I had bought my Phantom and he suggested I also complete the DJI on-line problem report. Three days later I had an email and an apology from DJI. The following week the importer received a replacement camera for me; and on Monday I had the new camera installed (and it focuses evenly across the frame).

Good communication and a prompt response from all involved.

Note: For some reason they also replaced my wifi repeater unit; not sure if this is because they are matched individually to cameras, or if there is a new version of the camera with accompanying new repeater unit
