Golf course video - optimal speed

Hi all,
Sometime soon I'm going to a friends golf club to to video each hole from behind the tee box to the green with a POV orbit of the green.

I have and use Litchi and in order to save a bit of experimenting has anyone here ever done this? If so what horizontal speed would you recommend.
I'm thinking somewhere around 5 mph.

Any thoughts?

The last golf course I shot for business I took it real slow ...they can speed it up in post ...if you have the time and batteries take it slow and smooth ...I had six batteries and avg maybe 2 1/2 - 3 holes for each battery
