I have a phantom 3 professional on my Go app it does not change the battery times charge it stays at 2. Is there some I have to set up to read the batteries memory to get the correct time the battery has been charged?

You'll need to charge the battery at least twice in order to increment that count. It only increments after charging the battery 100%. For example, charging the battery from 50% to 100% two times in a row would increment the count by one since the battery was charged 100% of the way one time.

Charging plus discharging completes one cycle. See that you have wide charges and discharges.
