Gimball Issues

'Lo all,

I bought a seconds P3P and have a few issues with it. The video is pixelated and the gimbal is slow when using the dial.
I can press the button and it will quickly go all the way up and down, just the dial is very slow. I have adjusted it so it is at 100% in the settings. When I start it up or calibrate it, I can see it move quickly in all directions.

I did a bit of troubleshooting by linking to a different controller and all the problems went away. So the problem is the controller. So I opened it up to ensure everything was tight and connected. Put it back together and re-linked it and the video problems went away! However, the slow gimbal is still occurring.
Thoughts?

Scratch that - video is still hosed. Guess I will try to re-flash.
