I bought my Phantom 1 with the Zenmuse Gimball installed and it worked fine. After a crash and repair it now is very sensitive. When I power up it goes through the calibration routine OK and responds to the radio control, but any bump at all disables the gimbal and it goes dead until a restart. Is there a setting in software for this?

More than likely, you've thrown the Gimbal off severely enough that it may never work again, unfortunately. Before I gave up, I would try re-flashing the firmware on both the Gimal and the CMU, just to make sure there isn't anything strange going on in software. After that, though, you may be forced to give up. There are a lot of repairs we as end users are equipped to do, but fixing a gimbal is not really one of them. They're just way too sensitive.
