Gimbal Wheel Speed problem

I have tried to adjust the gimbal wheel speed using DJI go app. However whatever speed I choose the rotation comes in full speed. I have tried the gimbal and imu calibration but nothing seems to change the rotation speed. Do you guys have any idea what could be the problem? I am using Phantom 3 4k

I used c1 button to change camera forward/down. It always does the rotation with full speed. However the wheel on rc's left hand side is effected by the setting
