My dealer was kind enough to take my Gimbal back and give me a new one so I wouldn't have to wait 4-6 weeks turn around from DJI. DJI asked for a video of the problem and agreed once viewed (I tried uploading video from my iPad and it won't take) here are some pics. To make a long story short DJI wanted me to contact LA support. I had asked if I should contact my dealer first and I'm glad I did. I will put video on YouTube after work and upload that way, if anyone is interested.
