Gimbal twitch tilting down

hey guys, I have a problem. I went into my settings to make the camera gimbal tilt down all the way and up all the way, and for some reason when I tilt down now, It stops about halfway through, twitches, then points straight down. I did have a crash where the camera is now tilted but this seems to be a seperate issue than the frame being a little bent. Can anyone help? I even did the hard reset with a paperclip and I still have the same result. Thanks
