So I just received my P3A today. yay!
Anyway, while unpacking, I noticed the camera was flopping around and the gimbal protector was laying at the bottom of the box. The camera looks to be fine but I cant get the protector to stay on the camera. It easily slips off unlike my P2V+ cameras where it is snug and holds the camera as expected.
Has anyone else have this issue? Is there a trick with the P3 protector?

If you roll the Phantom over on its right side, you will see a notch that the peg on the top of the protector slides into-- if you get it into that notch when you put it on -- it will stay. I still use mine-- there are also some available third party ,, Check this link Phantomhelp.com and Look under gimbal locks
