If that is straight from the box, then that is normal. When you have a battery in and start the craft up the gimbal will align itself unless you feel you have another problem?

My camera/gimbal hanged to the left because the ribbon cable was bowed outward instead of running straight down from the bottom of the bird. I pushed it inward to its correct location, and it is better now.

The gimbal was somehow stuck in something. I have slided it to one side, it has "released" and now is hanging normaly. Before, it wasnt really hanging, it was trapped into something on one side. As I dont see inside, I dont kneo what was it, but problem solved...
It didnt change on power up, it was mechanical...
