Gimbal Phantom VIsion 2+ dead after recommended update

    Hi,

    My gimbal was having some issues whereby it didnt correct to a horizontal position but it was slightly off,
    So I contacted support and they said to reinstall all firmware avaialble in the assistant.
    All software was up to date but I reinstalled anyways. I followed all instructions but suddenly the Gimbal wouldnt turn on no more, the green light on the side of the gimbal is showing but the gimbal itself isnt responding no more.

    I tried reinstalling the software, hard reset etc,
    No luck. The camera is still working though.

    Jip, no luck there.
    So I called the dealer since the device is still in it's warranty but they informed me that since the gimbal is sensitive and a drone is easily to crash it's probably not a warranty case. They also informed me that all warranty goes out the window when I performed a hard-reset myself..
