Gimbal not responding on Phantom 3 Standard

I had to replace the gimbal controller card when one of the antenna receptors broke off the board. I have updated softward and bound the remote control to the drone. I can control flight with remote control and have a video feed to DJI Go app, I can also recallibrate Gimbal and IMU. The Gimbal centers when I start up drone but I the drone does not respond to Gimbal tilt from the remote control. I am worried that the replacement Gimbal board is bad but have no way of knowing how to determine this. It appears that the antenna wires and the wiring harness are intact. Any suggestions appreciated

Try calibrating your remote controller in DJI GO -- like this:

Also, check that the Gimbal Tilt EXP is not set to 0 in the following section of the DJI GO app:
