Posting this for a mate who isn't a member. Just got his p3 today and is getting this gimbal problem. I've seen it before and think someone got it resolved. Any ideas? Foam packing was taken out in unboxing,

Did he remove the small white foam piece on the back of the gimbal? It's easy to over look.

If that not it, have him spin the motors. Does one feel different than the others? If so it's a motor issue and he should not fly until it is fixed.

Haha yep foam packing was removed, wicked pic Blade.
He cut the 2 gimbal protectors and replaced them and still the same.
The judder is there without the props spinning when it's sitting on a table he just tells me?

Unfortunately sounds like gimbal is DOA.. Contact his dealer to try to get a replacement craft.
