I inherited a Phantom 3 Standard from a friend that crashed his drone and instead of fixing it he just bought a Phantom 4 so he just gave me his standard
There is nothing wrong with the drone itself, it flies great and gets a good GPS signal and I have not had any issues in the 1-2 hours of flying I have done.
However the crash left the gimbal off of the drone.
He replaced the ribbon, and at first glance the gimbal seems fine. However there is a pin on the roll section that is loose and if you wiggle it enough it separates from the motor. It stays connected thanks to the ribbon.
I was wondering if there is an easy fix to this, or do I need a new gimbal?
I dont have the money to spend $200 for a new gimbal.
Thank you!
