This issue has occurred twice in the 30 flights I have done. The gimbal will roll right and stay there. Any ideas what is going on?

Both times, I landed, cycled power and it corrected itself.

Have you checked if all flat ribbon cables are tightly connected, there is no visual issue?

If power recycling correct the issue, it points to electronics hardware issue and you should contact DJI service.

Have you mounted and gimbal safety attachment? Check if that's free to move and has ample clearances.

Hope it's free from any dust.

There's only so much you can do, the easiest is full IMU (whether it says needed or not) - and on a level surface, followed immediately by gimbal calibration.
This is more likely to resolve a permanently off-level gimbal though.
You might find a sharp yaw corrects it when you see it happening.
On the plus side it's not certain to keep getting worse so living with it might be better than sending it in.
I'm guessing there is some hardware issue behind it e.g. one of the gimbal motors is not performing 100%
