Gimbal help please

Hello all,
Got a gimbal off eBay and it came buzzing and twitching. I have done a bunch of YouTube videos and new to download drivers and programs and learn about the adjustments. I have been working on this for a few weeks now.

I have gotten rid of the jello effect and bought a prop balancer balanced all the props I have. But I keep getting this shake/jerk in the videos. I have been messing with pid's and motor power but just can't get that smooth video I see everyone else have.

What am I doing wrong?

I just ordered a walkera g-2d in hopes its the gimbal and not my bird.

I don't think your bird should be able to make the gimbal do that unless you are giving it bad power. Are you running your gimbal off of 12 or 5 volts? Could there be a poor power connection which robs the gimbal of power for a micro-second.
I think I'm figuring out, you get what you pay for with these cheap Chinese gimbals... mine likes to stay tilted for a while after I turn.
