Gimbal Guard

Hi Everyone;

Can someone tell me if I've installed the gimbal guard correctly? I've installed as per the drawing of it on the Amazon WebSite but when I activate the gimbal with the remote the camera points directly down at the gimbal guard. This seems to be in the way of a straight down shot from above.

Can anyone comment on this?

Please post a photo so we can see what you're describing.

Don't place it directly under the camera. Place it centered under the whole gimbal assembly. So when the camera faces down its not obstructed but the hardware is still protected by the guard. I struggled with this at first too.

There should be two notches that the gimbal guard slides into on the legs of the P3.

Thank you everyone;

I was able to find the correct two notches/studs on the guard and landing gear. Just took a little wrangling is all.

Appreciate all the help, and as usual, you guys are top drawer in the "help a fella out" department.
