Gimbal error

Hi guys

I turned on my 2v+ today and the gimbal isn't responding.
The stabilisation works, i just can't tilt or move the camera.
On the assistant software, the gimbal switch is showing OFF
and i can't see any Gimbal settings under Advanced...

Any ideas??

What's the LED light color in front on the gimbal?
I don't see a line in the upgrade tab that would indicate that ZEN (gimbal) is there which is weird.
 
It's a solid green.
I don't get... its like its not there...
The stabilisation works but that's it. zero control over the gimbal....
 
Sorry, but in the upgrade pads your Zen IMU firmware is missing which means the camera hardware is having problems. I had the same problem but my unit was under warranty. DJI had to replace the gimbal and camera.
The cause was I think I clicked on the Zen IMU to upgrade during one of the new firmware release and it upgraded but afterwards the camera was toast. It was not suspose to upgrade.
