I haven't seen this on the forum before, or in the user manual, but apologies if it has been posted before.
I was playing around on the pilot app, tapping the screen to set the exposure point when, by accident, I discovered that, by holding your finger down, a white point appears on the screen, surrounded by a bluish circle. Dragging your finger up or down the screen will tilt the gimbal up or down, the speed of which is related to how far and fast you drag your finger.
Lifting your finger will rotate the camera back to where it started.
I can't see where this might be useful, but I'm pretty sure someone will........
