Awesome idea!
I'm going to try and replicate it with a flight log, so I can even do it in daylight, and just take a screenshot of the full flight path! Lot's of interesting possibilities! I remember skiing in Jackson Hole and seeing in the valley below where they had recreated the infamous "Cowboy on the Bucking Bronco" in a snowmobile path! Using the path tool in DJI GO, you can predraw the route, and then just fly along it! Wheels turning...with new ideas...
