I received a crashed P3P from a customer.

I charged the battery and remote and attempted to fire it up to begin diagnosing problems. As the pictures show, the case is bent, which is the easiest damage to repair.

The aircraft sends video, but will occasionally say "Battery Error" which I think may be the damage at the case near battery port.
Green lite on remote, but flashing green and red on aircraft. No control of gimbal or motors.

Assuming it's a genuine DJI battery, and also assuming the battery isn't damaged internally, the stress on the case may cause the battery telemetry pins to not make good contact - also worth checking the battery status in the app.

Yes, genuine DJI battery. When the battery would connect properly, everything that I had time to check looked ok.

Any ideas on flashing green and red lites and inability to control aircraft?

If it is a "CUSTOMERS" drone you must have other drones that you can swap batteries with just to check. The red LED suggests that it needs re-linking to the TX.
