Geocaching with a Phantom

Someone near my work used a Phantom to hide a geocache at the top of a tall, dead, pine tree. They attached the container to a big loop of wire and stuck on a couple of flags so it could be seen from the ground.

Naturally, I had to try and retrieve it with mine. Unfortunately, I misjudged the wind at the top of the trees, and Murphy's Law came into play:

Fortunately, someone more sprightly than me was able to climb up the 60' and was able to get it down.

Being a fellow Geocacher I appreciated this video. Did you ever retrieve the cache? What terrain and difficulty was the cache rated?

It was a 1 for difficulty, and a 5 for terrain. Never did get to sign the log.

That was lucky, what fiend put a cache high up a tree? Mugglers in the area?
